Collecting Census Data

Census data can be collected in questionnaires, and you control what census data is collected. Adding the census question to a questionnaire will present a drag-and-drop grid that lets you select what census fields you are interested in. When answering the census question, existing census data will be gathered from your recordkeeping system allowing your plan contacts to quickly fill in new information and update existing information that has changed.
