Collecting Census Data

Census data can be collected in questionnaires, and you control what census data is collected. Adding the census question to a questionnaire will present a drag-and-drop grid that lets you select what census fields you are interested in. When answering the census question, existing census data will be gathered from your record-keeping system allowing your plan contacts to quickly fill in new information and update existing information that has changed.
